Ben Ford
Ben Ford is the head squash and racketball coach and is englandsquash qualified in both.
He is ranked 86 in the world, 18 in England and had over 10 years coaching experience.
Ben is available for individual and group lessons. Lessons are £22 for adults and £20 for juniors for a 45 minute lesson.
 
There is a racketball coffee morning on mondays through school term time, 9.45-11am and is £5 per person. this includes coaching, matchplay and tea/coffee after. you can just turn up on the day.
 
There are a few junior squads to pick from.

Mondays-4.15-5.00 is mini squash. for children 6-10 yrs old and new to squash
Mondays 5.00-6.00 is for 11-13 yr olds of beginner standard
Mondays 6.00-7.30 is for the elite squad for county level and above

 
Wednesdays 4.45-5.45 is for intermediate level ages 12-15
 
Friday 4.00-5.00 is for intermediate level ages 12-14
Friday 5.00-6.00 is for advanced level ages 13-17

 
We also have regular club afternoons for all ages and abilities to come down and play squash and racketball.
 
There are regular adult team training sessions on saturday mornings for players of mens team standard. the session includes, drills, condition games,routines etc.

Hi everyone
just wanted to let you know about 2 exhibtion matches that i have organised and am playing in! i will be playing peter barker(world no.8) at bexley squash club at 4.15pm on saturday 24th july and then again at charing cross sports club at 4.15pm on saturday 31st july. tickets for both events are £1o each and this includes your entry into a draw to play peter on the night and a Q & A with peter after. if you would like tickets please let me know asap so i can reserve for you as both venues will only hold 60 people. myself and peter are doing 2 camps over the summer. the adult camp on 24-25th july is now fully booked. the junior camp at bexley squash club on 31st july-1st august still has places avaialble. also assisting with the coaching on the saturday for this course is greame williams, who is englandsquash' junior london coach.contact me if you are interested. may thanks ben ford
